My pants are fitting again.
It was an on and off again relationship there for awhile
but they are back to fitting
Now i am going to conquer my jeans.
tonight is softball game which always makes me sweat
I like looking at my body in the mirror
I just want to keep this up
Healthy lunches all week, salad yesterday, tuna salad the day Tuesday and Monday
I have a whole big HEB bag of snacks- grapes, oranges, mandarians, a low fat yogurt.
Switched from drinking coffee to tea
i have never been a big coffee drinker and i drink tea without sugar
It's my new water
Friday and Saturday workouts in the works!
Body Combat early Saturday morning
and i will have met my goal of 4 workouts this week.
Tuesday- I was a wreck. period starting bitch. and then i got on the elipticle for 45 minutes and walked off feeling lighter and less mean. I was happy like only a work out could make me.
My new secret goal is too be too skinny to be on "More to Love"
