Walking the dogs everyday tells me how out of shape I am. But hey at least I am walking everyday and sometimes even at work with LM. Today we did one mile plus more this afternoon when Travis and I walk the dogs.
Also watching the biggest loser makes me cry...

lame

so Tuesday afternoon
i went to my body pump class
yes, the same one i haven't been to in months

and i felt good
i did the class
was a little weak
but really pushed myself
and made it through
whoa

yesterday morning i woke up
and i could barely move

that's what i get for stopping
i can barely pick the phone up today
and all together i feel pretty lame for being so weak
every inch of me hurts
and i am taking back to 9 months ago when i started taking the class
so i am back to square one

healthy eating

it's amazing...
i ate healthy all last week
and this weekend i didn't
it was my mom's bday and we went down to ctown
and ate and ate and ate
and i feel gross

so today i ate mexican food with a friend for lunch
and now my tongue feels salty
and i love this mexican food place
but maybe it's just a sign
my body actually likes yogurt and salads and portion control
who knew?

so back on track we go
we are working out TONIGHT

eat your face off

yesterday was a fail
i walked 1.2 miles then i ate...
way to much

see this all started this weekend
when i was drinking at a friend's apartment
and made the mistake of stepping on the scale
it was like a slap in the face
and a reality check
and i prolly shouldnt have looked because now i have nightmares with that number flying at me

and so i had this notion that i was going to start working out and eating better this week
laura madeline and me have been walking 1.2 miles for the last week
we walked 4 days last week
and we walked yesterday
but then...i eat 3 breakfast tacos, go out to lunch, and eat whataburger for dinner
uhhh
excuse me that is discusto

so start #2 this week
walked
and ate cereal
and snacked on 1/2 a bagel and cream cheese (i know)

the worst part is it is so hard here at MOW
we def got the meal part down
and people are always sharing their wonderful delicious snacks...
i have to learn some self control
so i have been thinking about acupuncture
to help with cravings and fatigue

and i will work out today
I WILL FIND THE WILL POWER TO MAKE IT TO THE GYM
and i will eat my healthy salad
and only that
and i will eat a healthy dinner
the end

i will let you know how it goes...

also

i have noticed that i like to buy new clothes
but i think i only like to buy them because i believe i will look better in them then my old clothes
but really i just dont like the way my body looks

so in the end i need to stop buying new clothes

also i do need some new undies.

will work out tonight in my body pump class

walk again with travis and the dogs
worked out monday
should stop eating chipotle
and maybe i would see some results

all i know is i am tired of my pants being fat and worrying if i am going to turn out like my mom...

2010 is rolling right along


back on track
worked out twice this weekend

also went through with one of our resolutions:
did something new
went to lala's christmas all the time bar
pretty fun especially if you love christmas
tire fell off the party van
but it was still an adventure and we made it home safe

new resolution
cook once a week

last week chicken apple curry that i shared with friends :)
it turned out more like a curry stew but it all got eaten
so isn't that a success?

this week pork stir fry

and i already have recipes for the next 2 weeks

the truth

we are nesting
travis and i
i enjoy food

and i love myself
but don't love recent pictures of me

and i want to be healthy
so i have decided to get back on the work out/eat less/better train
i just want to take walks
and play with puppies
and eat smaller portions
and be 180 lbs (simple goal, i know)

so it starts today

New year

I hate resolutions.
I hate diets.
I hate it all.

I just wanna be healthy.
