eat your face off

yesterday was a fail
i walked 1.2 miles then i ate...
way to much

see this all started this weekend
when i was drinking at a friend's apartment
and made the mistake of stepping on the scale
it was like a slap in the face
and a reality check
and i prolly shouldnt have looked because now i have nightmares with that number flying at me

and so i had this notion that i was going to start working out and eating better this week
laura madeline and me have been walking 1.2 miles for the last week
we walked 4 days last week
and we walked yesterday
but then...i eat 3 breakfast tacos, go out to lunch, and eat whataburger for dinner
uhhh
excuse me that is discusto

so start #2 this week
walked
and ate cereal
and snacked on 1/2 a bagel and cream cheese (i know)

the worst part is it is so hard here at MOW
we def got the meal part down
and people are always sharing their wonderful delicious snacks...
i have to learn some self control
so i have been thinking about acupuncture
to help with cravings and fatigue

and i will work out today
I WILL FIND THE WILL POWER TO MAKE IT TO THE GYM
and i will eat my healthy salad
and only that
and i will eat a healthy dinner
the end

i will let you know how it goes...
