Walking the dogs everyday tells me how out of shape I am. But hey at least I am walking everyday and sometimes even at work with LM. Today we did one mile plus more this afternoon when Travis and I walk the dogs.
Also watching the biggest loser makes me cry...

lame

so Tuesday afternoon
i went to my body pump class
yes, the same one i haven't been to in months

and i felt good
i did the class
was a little weak
but really pushed myself
and made it through
whoa

yesterday morning i woke up
and i could barely move

that's what i get for stopping
i can barely pick the phone up today
and all together i feel pretty lame for being so weak
every inch of me hurts
and i am taking back to 9 months ago when i started taking the class
so i am back to square one

healthy eating

it's amazing...
i ate healthy all last week
and this weekend i didn't
it was my mom's bday and we went down to ctown
and ate and ate and ate
and i feel gross

so today i ate mexican food with a friend for lunch
and now my tongue feels salty
and i love this mexican food place
but maybe it's just a sign
my body actually likes yogurt and salads and portion control
who knew?

so back on track we go
we are working out TONIGHT

eat your face off

yesterday was a fail
i walked 1.2 miles then i ate...
way to much

see this all started this weekend
when i was drinking at a friend's apartment
and made the mistake of stepping on the scale
it was like a slap in the face
and a reality check
and i prolly shouldnt have looked because now i have nightmares with that number flying at me

and so i had this notion that i was going to start working out and eating better this week
laura madeline and me have been walking 1.2 miles for the last week
we walked 4 days last week
and we walked yesterday
but then...i eat 3 breakfast tacos, go out to lunch, and eat whataburger for dinner
uhhh
excuse me that is discusto

so start #2 this week
walked
and ate cereal
and snacked on 1/2 a bagel and cream cheese (i know)

the worst part is it is so hard here at MOW
we def got the meal part down
and people are always sharing their wonderful delicious snacks...
i have to learn some self control
so i have been thinking about acupuncture
to help with cravings and fatigue

and i will work out today
I WILL FIND THE WILL POWER TO MAKE IT TO THE GYM
and i will eat my healthy salad
and only that
and i will eat a healthy dinner
the end

i will let you know how it goes...
